The UM - Intensive Training Programmes (UM-ITP) are open to anyone aged between 5 and 99 and over.
(02) - In which languages are the UM - Intensive Training Programmes (UM-ITP) available?
You can currently attend the UM - Intensive Training Programmes (UM-ITP) in the following languages: Arabic, German, English and Turkish. Other languages (Chinese, French, Hindi, Japanese, Russian and Spanish) are in preparation.
(03) - How much time do I need to complete the UM - Intensive Training Programmes (UM-ITP)?
Depending on the type of UM - Intensive Training Programme (UM-ITP), 7 to 14 days are required to achieve the learning goal.
(04) - How useful is it to participate in all tests?
In order to make optimum progress and achieve the learning goal, you need to follow the learning plan and complete all the tests specified by the programme with concentration and attention.
(05) - How many UM - Intensive Training Programmes (UM-ITP) can I take part in?
In order to make optimal progress and achieve the learning goal, you need to follow the UM - Intensive Training Programme (UM-ITP) for which you have been admitted. The option remains open to complete the UM Intensive Training Programmes (UM-ITP) one after the other.
(06) - How much time must be spent daily to achieve the learning goal?
Between 60 and 90 minutes should be spent each day to achieve the learning goal.
(07) - Which memory skills are promoted during the UM - Intensive Training Programme (UM-ITP)?
The following memory skills are promoted as part of the UM Intensive Training Programme (UM-ITP):
A - Increase in the capacity of the memory
B - Increase in the speed of the memory
C - Increase in expression and precision of the memory
D - Increase in the long-term memory
(08) - What are the chances of achieving what has been described?
The stated increases in capacity, speed, expression and precision of memory as well as long-term memory are the minimum that can be achieved.
